Just in case you didn't get a chance to attend Drupalcon Chicago this year, all of the session videos are available from archive.org.
So far my favorite is Dmitri Gaskin's, (@dmitrig01) "From Zero to Distribution using Features, Profiler, and Drush Make ". Dmitri did an excellent job of explaining the techniques used to quickly and easily create a distribution profile ready for sharing.
Using Features, Profiler, and Drush Make, Dmitri walks you through the creation of an easily duplicated Drupal Installation Profile.
There are a lot of videos available covering a lot of Drupal topics.
