Drush for Google?
If you haven't heard of or used Drush it is a command line interface that allows you to do a lot of things with your drupal install.
For instance, the process of downloading and installing a new module involves:
Automate Terminal with Automator
If you are a mac user and do local development using MAMP you probably find yourself opening the terminal quite often to edit your settings.php file or adjusting permissions with the command line.
This involves at minimum typing cd /Applications/MAMP/htdocs
That is, if you can remember the folder structure.
